This is animated - you just can't see it here. It's the first time I made a tag with tears coming from the eyes without using a tutorial. It turned out pretty good if I have to say so myself!

This is NOT a typical forum set that I would make - it's just not my style, but someone asked me to make it for them, so I did.  I'm capable of it and I guess I wouldn't have minded, but for some ungodly reason, women today like to call themselves "bitches" and I don't get it for the life of me.  I've asked in my profile not to have any tags made for me with that word on it.  Anyhow, here's the set:
